Q: How can I purchase tickets for an event?
A:Tickets can be purchased exclusively through Megatix. All tickets, along with event information, are accessible on our official website at www.umamievents.com.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay) as well as popular payment gateways like FPS, PayMe, and AlipayHK.
Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us immediately at info@umamievents.com with your full name and the date of the event. We will resend your confirmation.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We operate a strict no-refund policy for all ticket sales. All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the sole instance of a full event cancellation by Umami Events.
Q: The event was canceled by Umami Events. How do I get a refund?
A: If we cancel an event, all ticket holders will be notified via email with instructions. You will typically be offered the choice between a 50% refund to your original payment method or a credit voucher for a future event.
Q: Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
A: No. As per our policy, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal scheduling conflicts.
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: Yes, tickets are generally transferable. Please contact us at info@umamievents.com at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee's full name and email address so we can update our guest list.
Q: What happens if an event is rescheduled or the venue/lineup changes?
A: Umami Events reserves the right to reschedule events or change venues, artists, or lineups. Such changes are not grounds for a refund. All efforts will be made to communicate these changes to ticket holders via email and our social media channels.

Q: Where can I find the specific details for an event (e.g., set times, door opening)?
A: All final event details, including set times and specific entry procedures, will be emailed to all ticket holders prior to the event and posted on the specific event page on our website and our social media.
Q: Is there an age restriction for your events?
A: Most of our events are strictly for attendees aged 18 and above. Please check the specific event page on our website for the age policy, as some occasions may differ. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: We believe in self-expression. There is no official dress code—wear whatever you feel like and whatever makes you comfortable to enjoy the event
